Clinical Externship
Clinicals will start toward the last five days of the course and will consist of hands on training with patients of a Long Term Care facility. Hands on training will be supervised by an instructor.

Length of Program is four weeks.

40 hours Clinical Externship at Approved Long Term Care Facility

Class days include Monday through Sunday. Saturday before your course starts is our orientation, where you go through Basic Life Saving training four hours and learn how to give CPR and use and attach the Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The following two weeks starting Monday begins our Instruction period which consists of 6 hour days of instruction in person classes taking place on that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Via ZOOM for lecture.

**This is a hybrid course. The first ten days of the class will be online using Zoom or in person, the remaining days of the class will be in person for Clinical Externship. Be advised, students must have basic computer skills for this course.**

Course requires 100 clocked hours, students that miss more than three days without makeup days will be suspended from the course and will be required to join the next upcoming course for completion.
